The company is currently expanding to other West African countries. It was established in 1989 to import, assemble and sell variety of lighting fixtures. City Lights offers a wide range of contemporary indoor /outdoor luminaries, intended for variety of applications such as shopping malls, residential buildings, offices, hospitals, nightclubs, hotels, churches and restaurants among others. The company has a high reputation for innovation, quality and reliability and has won several awards over the years.

The company currently operates several “EGLO Branded’ Showrooms across West Africa.

City Lights is the sole agent for EGLO lighting limited, Austria (a global lighting company with 77 subsidiaries in over 50 countries). Our range of products includes over 3,000 items covering indoor, outdoor, domestic, commercial and special lighting.

Eglo is one of the world’s leading providers of lighting products, produced in accordance to strict European standards, ENEC 60598. With its internationally oriented corporate structure, EGLO distributes luminaries to trading partners in all continents. With factories at numerous production sites, market orientation and flexible structures, Eglo ensures punctual delivery of orders. The EGLO success story started in 1969, when Ludwig Obwieser launched the enterprise and in 1976, EGLO’s first manufacturing plant was inaugurated in Pill, Tyrol / Austria. Today, EGLO is one of the most successful provider of lighting solutions in the world
